We have several options available which may vary according to our delivery partners and desired destination countries. Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout and is based on the final weight of your entire order.

Please note that for orders destined for mainland China, are sent via the Royal Mail postal service only.

Orders placed before 15.30 (GMT) Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15.30 (GMT) will be shipped the following working day, and orders placed on Friday after 15.30 (GMT) will be shipped the following monday unless you pay for a Saturday delivery charge service.

*Tracking & Delivery Time*

You will receive a shipment email with your assigned tracking number the same day your order is shipped. Please note that you are responsible for all import duties and taxes arising on the supply of our services outside the United Kingdom, and we will make no calculations or estimations in this regard.

*Pre-Orders*

If we do not have all the products from your order in stock, the dispatch will be once these products have arrived back in stock, unless informed otherwise.

*Receipt of Orders*

Customers are responsible for checking and confirming the delivery address for every order they have placed. Supplying Aesthetics UK will not be held liable for any failed deliveries or delays in receiving your order via our third-party courier and it is the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements with the courier for redelivery or collection from depot (if available).

*Collections*
